iTH Continues Their Weekly Training

Sean Walker has made sure players have been developing their skating and stick handling since the first week of January when the Supreme Skating and Dynamic Stick Handling programs began. Both programs have been going for 4 weeks now with players improving in their transitional skating, stride, stick handling, deking and so much more. Walker and iTH make sure all programs are enjoyable, challenging and constructive for the greatest improvement.

The second set of Dynamic Stick Handling will begin February 17th while the Supreme Skating program starts off on Friday February 20th for another 6 weeks. Registrations are open with only a few spots left as many players have signed up for two rounds of training
to extend to the rest of their season.

Christmas Camp And More

It's been a pretty busy couple of weeks in the world of hockey, and iTRAIN HOCKEY has been right in the middle of it.

Let's start out with the iTH 09 Christmas Camp from December 29 to January 2nd. The feedback has been outstanding from many of the participants and parents. 30 players participated in this year's camp, great numbers for the first camp iTH has hosted in Brampton so far. The player's came away from the camp with high intensity instruction and thorough teaching's in it's Supreme Skating, Dynamic Stick Handling, Dryland and Video Training hours each day.

We will be posting a few clips of the camp in the next coming days, so tune in.

Last, but certainly not least, iTH would like to congratulate Team Canada's World Junior team for winning their fifth straight World Junior Hockey Championship on Monday night.

Team Canada defeated Sweden 5-1 in the gold medal match to tie a Canadian record with five straight championships. Canada went undefeated in this year's tournament and has now won an amazing 29 of their last 30 games during the WJHC.

Team Canada will be looking for a record sixth straight next year when the event will take place in Saskatoon and Regina.
